On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, the Festival International du Film Francophone de Namur (FIFF) looks back on its long-standing and special relationship with Quebec. This shared reflection will illustrate how a European festival can serve as a springboard for local works while fostering an ongoing dialogue between creators on both sides of the Atlantic. Nicole Gillet, General Delegate of FIFF, will revisit the highlights of this collective story alongside well-known Quebec filmmakers, actors, and producers demonstrating how, even today, FIFF remains a key reference for Francophone cinema.
