The "Films du Québec" competition presents films (co-)produced in Quebec. The jury, made exclusively of international festival directors, as well as the public, will be able to discover 8 films presented with the films' teams. Five awards will be given as part of the competition at the Closing Ceremony, held with the jury on Sunday November 12th at 5pm at Imperial Cinema.
- Prix du Rayonnement Banque Nationale for the best Quebec or co-producted film ($4,500 prize)
- Prix du Jury Post-Moderne ($1,000 in equipment rental and post-production services)
- Prix UDA for Best Performance ($1,000 prize)
- Prix SARTEC for Best Screenplay ($1,000 prize)
- Prix Elle Québec de la Réalisatrice - transverse to the "Visages de la Francophonie" and "Films du Québec" competitions, to be awarded to a female filmmaker for best fiction in this category ($2,000 prize and profile of the director in Elle Québec).
