Widowed detective Yvonne (a very funny Adèle Haenel), uncovers that her “heroic” husband, police-chief Santi (Vincent Elbaz), was actually a corrupt cop and shared in the insurance spoils of a jewellery robbery (even her own wedding ring is illegit). The late unlamented Santi framed innocent Antoine, (Pio Marmaï) for the heist –he spent 8 long years in jail! Antoine, newly free, is somewhat unhinged after his rigged incarceration and explodes into cartoon-like mayhem - wife Agnès, (Audrey Tautou) and Yvonne take turns keeping him out of trouble.
