Vincent Delerm films anonymous individuals or artist friends and discusses with them their definitions of love and passion. A few years after his first documentary, which was already an exploration of emotion in its most literal sense, Delerm continues his dissertation on love, its vertigo, and its multiple interpretations. Here, we find the poetic flair of his album texts, accompanied by visuals reminiscent of Truffaut's La Peau douce, perfectly aligned with the words (and woes) of the poet. The film also offers a philosophical approach to the cinematically universal question: "Should we live intensely and quickly, or for a long time but at a slower pace?"
