Jeff is invited by his friend Max to an isolated estate deep in the woods, where a renowned director lives. The expectations are high. He meets an artist he admires and spends a few days with Aliocha, Max's older sister, whom he secretly loves. The hostile and wild forest, along with the vast house, become territories where a youth seeking ideals and freedom confronts the wounded egos of adults. After receiving the Grand Jury Prize in the Generation section at the 74th Berlinale, and following a successful release in France praised by the press, Quebecois Philippe Lesage (Genesis) confirms his immense talent.
