COUNTRY OF HONOUR of 28th EDITION

The same linguistic expression unites the countries of our beloved French-speaking area, where the Grand Duchy is strongly anchored, thanks to our history and to the French language, one of our three official languages. Luxembourg, due in particular to its multicultural population - the country has about 50% non-Luxembourgers - is very proud of its great cultural and social diversity, and of the artistic expression that it generates. Arts, culture, and education are the foundations of a modern, supportive, and tolerant society, founded on human values. The CINEMANIA Festival organizers, to whom I would like to express my sincere thanks, are doing us the honor of presenting the richness of Luxembourg's creative heritage.  I would like to invite you to come and discover our national artists, and to be swept away by their films, their immersive creations, their shows, concerts, performances, and exhibitions.
