CINEMANIA GETS INVOLVED AT THE CANNES FILM FESTIVAL
The 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival will be held from May 17 to 28: more than 15,000 professionals will be gathered at the most important film festival in the world! On this occasion, CINEMANIA is very proud to organize a round table called : Festivals Hub | S’unir pour mieux construire : Les festivals francophones face aux défis contemporains organised in collaboration with the Festivals Hub as part of the Film Market activities.
In the aftermath of the pandemic, francophone film festivals are joining forces to launch "La Concorde", an initiative conceived by CINEMANIA. This new network based on the exchange of best practices and the implementation of common strategies in favor of the promotion of the francophone cultural exception and of new talents is today one of our priorities.
Moderated by Séraphine Angoula and Guilhem Caillard, this roundtable will focus on the major societal issues that francophone film festivals are facing and how they are reacting to integrate these issues into their respective programs.
