CINEMANIA is proud to count Adami among its prestigious partners for the Festival’s 31st edition.
Founded in 1955, Adami is a French organization dedicated to supporting performing artists managing their rights, defending their interests, supporting their projects, and guiding their careers. With nearly 70 years of history and advocacy for performers, Adami also produces short films that are showcased at festivals around the world.
This year, four short films produced by Adami will be screened ahead of feature films during select CINEMANIA sessions:
- CERFA 151-86 by Eye Haïdara A labour dispute erupts behind the scenes of a renowned restaurant. Undocumented cooks and on-call servers launch a wildcat strike in a bid to regularize their status.

- TROIS ANS by Dali Benssalah : Three young adults navigate between light-hearted banter and despair, small talk and heavy silences as one of them prepares to go to prison.

- LES GARANTS by Mariama Gueye : Alma, a 26-year-old Moroccan woman, is about to marry Idrissa when she is suddenly rejected.

- TSUNAMI by Finnegan Oldfield : Today, Gaëlle turns 30. And just like every year, David and Erika two ghosts forever aged 20 rise from the water to spend 24 hours with her.

Adami will also present two major awards:
- The Prix de la Meilleure Interprétation Féminine, as part of the compétition Visages de la Francophonie
- The Prix de la Meilleure Interprétation Masculine, as part of the compétition Films du Québec
Through this collaboration, CINEMANIA and Adami join forces to celebrate the talent, diversity, and emotional strength of francophone performers on screen.
