Biography

Alexandre Goyette first gained recognition in theater before becoming a highly regarded actor on television and in film. As the producer, writer, and actor of the one-man show King Dave, he won several awards in 2005 for his performance and original script. He has also stood out in other theatrical productions, including The Decline of the American Empire, Le chemin des passes dangereuses, and Coriolan. On television, he has appeared in series such as Providence, 30 vies, Trauma, and Feux, for which he won a Gémeaux Award in 2017 for his remarkable portrayal of Martin. In 2014, he directed and starred in the play Cock, presented at Espace 4001.
