Chris LeBlanc is a director of documentaries, fiction series, web series, and music videos. He graduated in Film Studies from Concordia University, and he produced his first fiction series at the age of 24 (C.H.E.P.A.), which presented a playful universe and featured music by the band Les Païens. This was followed by Lunatiques, an avant-garde science fiction series for youth. Over the years, LeBlanc has received several awards and distinctions for his documentaries, including Libérateur Libéré, Larmes du Lazaret, and Désoriental but he is most often associated with La Légende Bricklin. Recently, his collaborations with youth in schools have won awards at the Silver Wave Festival, Cinérelève, and FICFA. He is currently working on feature-length documentary projects. He lives in Tracadie with his two children and his Bricklin.
