Biography

After holding production roles in a contemporary orchestra and at an artistic agency, Clara Benyamin became a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 2017. She specializes in intellectual property law. Building on her early experience at renowned Parisian law firms, she co-founded CBLF Avocats in 2020 with Me Loïc Fouquet, himself a lawyer specializing in music law. Clara Benyamin primarily advises clients in the cultural and creative industries (cinema, gaming, VR, etc.), with a focus on audiovisual and technology law (software, data, platforms). Since September 2022, she has served as a member of the CNC's Immersive Creation Support Fund.
