Biography

Lara Tippenhauer is a Canadian-Haitian musician and singer-songwriter, born in Port-au-Prince. A former member of the band Heaventide, she is now the creator behind the project ï and the margïnals, set to release this year. Through her music and personal story, she explores identity, love, resilience, and grief. In Ayana Oshun’s La Fête des Pères, she lent her voice to share how martial arts, especially Tai Chi, and her meeting with teacher Roger profoundly shaped her healing journey.
