After completing a Master’s degree in Literature with a specialization in contemporary theatre, Mathilde Carmet began her career working alongside theatre, dance, and circus companies and creative venues, within support and development organizations. She joined Adami in 2008 as part of the Artistic Action Department, where she successively led projects in classical music and later in contemporary music. In 2014, she became Head of the Artistic Productions Unit, with the mission of developing events produced by Adami in support of performing artists. Since 2020, she has been leading the Department of Artist and Project Support, which brings together the teams responsible for financial aid applications and artistic productions, all working toward a shared goal: to support artists and their projects as closely as possible to their needs and ambitions.
