Naoile Ji, filmmaker and writer, has been passionate about storytelling and visual arts since childhood. After earning a degree in History and a Master’s in NGO Management, she spent over ten years working in the humanitarian and social economy sectors. Alongside this, she directed her first documentaries before deciding in 2018 to dedicate herself fully to writing — fiction, documentary, and poetry. A self-taught artist, she has gained experience in directing, editing, lighting, and production. She has written and directed six short films and is currently developing her first feature film as well as a historical series in international co-production.
