Priscilla Delannay is the co-founder and artistic director of the Nouveaux Regards Festival based in Guadeloupe. For more than twelve years, she has been championing Caribbean cinema and its filmmakers, curating programs, developing immersive (XR) experiences, and leading initiatives in film education and audience engagement, with a focus on both communities and new forms of storytelling. She supports the emergence of talent on a Caribbean and international scale. Her editorial vision promotes innovative cinema, from here and abroad, exploring new ways of creating and experiencing film. Since 2023, she has chaired the film school Kourtrajmé Karaïbes, whose mission is to train a new generation of professionals. She also produces and hosts the Nouveaux Regards podcast, dedicated to Caribbean creators and the challenges of visual culture in the region. In 2025, she joined the 7th cohort of We Build Change, a support program for impactful cultural initiatives.
