Richard Fréchette is involved in numerous projects across all acting domains. He has appeared in many theatre productions, working with notable directors such as Jacques Lessard (The Misanthrope, The Spanish Inn, The Beating Heart), Robert Lepage (The Dragons’ Trilogy, Tectonic Plates, The Seven Branches of the Ota River, The Tempest, etc.), and Guillermo de Andrea (Mr. Puntila and His Man Matti). His stage credits also include The Eccentric Beauty and Maïta la terre, The Alchemist, No Mercy for the Doctor, Bitch, and more recently Riopelle (directed by Robert Lepage). On television, he has been part of numerous series including Simone Madame Lebrun, Ruptures, Discussion avec mes parents, Queue, No Hard Feelings, Sleepless Night, Completely High School, Perfect Moments, This Is How I Love You, Me Neither, Raspberry Time, Distinct Society, Happiness, and Witches. Richard Fréchette’s talent has also been showcased in several successful films such as The Confessional, The Polygraph, and Nô by Robert Lepage, Maelström, Karmina II, On the Threshold, Maman Last Call, My Mother’s Secret, See How They Dance, The Fisherman’s House, Drift, Snow White, and My Own Circus.
