Biography

Trained in Cinema at the University Paul Valéry in Montpellier, this Caribbean producer has developed a versatile expertise by navigating all stages of audiovisual creation, from production to distribution. After two decades in mainland France, she founded her first production company, Trirème Film/Attraction Films, in 2011, thus consolidating her experience through an initial entrepreneurial venture. In 2016, driven by the desire to contribute to the development of a creative industry in Guadeloupe, she undertook a strategic shift and founded the association ScriptoKarib, a platform dedicated to narrative excellence and screenwriting training. In partnership with Yannick Rosine within the company Zayanfim, she then focused her energy on structuring and producing film projects with a regional scope. Her work notably includes the distribution of the heritage documentary Akiyo Jenez and the production of films such as Timoun Aw by Nelson Foix a short film that won numerous international awards and was pre-selected for the 2022 César Awards as well as Hé Chabine by Sarah Démonio and Ki-w la, Ki-w pala by Yannick Rosine. As co-founder of the Karibbean Hive Collective, she is currently working on structuring a true industrial hub dedicated to cinema and audiovisual production in Guadeloupe, and contributes to the emergence of the Kourtrajmé Karaïbes film school. Her career embodies a clear ambition: to build a creative infrastructure rooted in Caribbean realities, capable of competing with international standards.
