Ticketing information

This year, all passports are sold from September 1st. We have 3 passports :

The unlimited passport costs $200 (+$3 service charge),
An industry passport costs $150 (see conditions below).
An unlimited passport for those aged 30 and under costs $100 (+$3 service charge).

On-site ticketing will open on November 1st at 11am in our partnered cinemas (Cinéma Impérial, Cinéma du parc, Cinémathèque Québécoise, Cinéma du Musée, Cinéma Moderne). Tickets will be available online from October 18th. To buy your tickets, go directly to our online ticketing service. If you encounter technical problems when purchasing your tickets, please contact Ticketpro at info@ticketpro.ca or their toll-free numbers 1-514-790-1111 or 1-866-908-9090. For all other questions, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at billetterie@festivalcinemania.com.

For screenings, debit cards (TD and RBC) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) are authorized through our online ticketing system. Cash payments will be available at the Imperial Cinema from November 1, 2023 at 11am. Partner cinemas (Cinéma du Parc, Cinéma du Musée, Cinémathèque Québécoise, Cinéma Moderne) will also accept cash payments.

No refunds or exchanges are possible.
Passports are issued by name with photo ID, and only holders will have access to the rooms.

Passports are available from October 31st at 3pm at Impérial. You can pick up your passport at any time during the festival at Impérial.*

*Except for the Opening Night on November 1st.

Unlimited Passports (Regular, Industry, 30 years and under) are nominative and offer priority access to Imperial Cinema. Valid for a single ticket per screening without prior reservation (it must be presented and scanned at the cinema entrance). Unlimited Passports do not systematically guarantee access to the screening: all holders must go to the corresponding cinema sufficiently early to secure a seat. Late arrivals may result in refusal of access to a screening if it is fully booked (no exceptions will be made).

Passports and film booklets do not include opening and closing nights or special events. Some special events are free of charge, but registration is required at the relevant box office.

INDUSTRY PASSEPORTS are exclusively intended for film industry professionals. A validation step is required by the CINEMANIA team before you can purchase an Industry Passport. This can take up to 24 hours.
Once your information has been verified by the CINEMANIA team, you will receive a link that will allow you to complete your transaction and obtain your Industry Passport.

You can apply for media accreditation for CINEMANIA programming. Each request will be treated individually and an online viewing code will be issued if the request is accepted.
