For in-theater screenings, debit cards (TD and RBC) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX) are accepted by our online ticketing system. Cash payments will be possible at our ticket offices located in the partner cinemas (Cinéma Odéon Quartier Latin, Cinéma du parc, Monument-National, Cinémathèque Québécoise, Cinéma du Musée, Cinéma Moderne).
No refunds or exchanges are possible.
In the event of a guest artist cancelling their appearance, no refunds will be issued.
You can submit a media accreditation request for CINEMANIA’s lineup. Each request will be reviewed individually, and a streaming access code will be issued if your request is approved.

You must reserve your ticket in advance using the Flex Pass online platform provided by Ticketpro. The link is included in your confirmation email upon purchase.
The Flex Pass link to select your screenings will be active starting October 21, 2025. You don’t need to choose all your films at once you can return to the platform anytime to continue your selection. Once you click SUBMIT, your selected tickets will be emailed to you. You can repeat the process later if you still have films to book.
Please note that you are free to choose any films you like, regardless of their ticket price category.
Screening exchanges will be allowed up to 120 minutes before the start of the film. After that, no changes will be possible. In any case, no refunds will be issued. To modify your selection, please contact Ticketpro directly at 1-866-908-9090 (toll-free).
Important: CINEMANIA cannot be held responsible if a screening sells out and you haven’t booked your ticket in time.

This pass is nominative and allows you to enter screening venues with priority access. CINEMANIA is not responsible in case of loss, theft, or damage to the pass. No replacements will be issued.
You must collect your exclusive skip-the-line pass (nominative card) on the following dates and times at the Cinémathèque québécoise (335 Boul. de Maisonneuve E, Montréal, QC H2X 1K1):
- November 3: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
- November 4: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
After these dates, from November 5 to 16, skip-the-line passes can be picked up at the Cineplex Odeon Quartier Latin(opens 30 minutes before the first screening of the day and closes 15 minutes after the start of the last screening).
No. The Cinéphile Pass, Industry Pass, Under 30 Pass, and 6 movies booklet do not grant access to the Opening and Closing Galas, the 31st Edition Gala, or special events.
