Fabrice Du Welz invites Béatrice Dalle to join him in Italy, exploring the filming locations of Pier Paolo Pasolini's movies and tracing those who knew him, providing a new perspective on the work of the filmmaker who was murdered in 1975. Using Pasolini as a pretext, the director ultimately creates a unique documentary about the actress and about passion, when it is neither sexual nor romantic. By shooting in black and white, which visually evokes Pasolini's settings for cinephiles, and alternating between meticulously crafted sequences and more spontaneous ones, Du Welz delivers a significant work for admirers of both Pasolini and Dalle, leaning more towards a dreamlike film than a conventional documentary.
